Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Shipping & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.

Transit Times

Delivery times vary by location:

• U.S. shipments: typically 2–10 business days

• Products shipping from the EU: approximately 4–6 weeks

Freight Delivery Details

Your oven will arrive crate-packaged on a pallet for safe transport.

During checkout, please indicate if you require a liftgate service (additional fee applies).

Island Deliveries

If delivery requires a ferry or island transport, additional charges may apply. We will contact you if this affects your order.
