Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for all return freight charges.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The oven must be returned in its original crate.

• The oven must be in unused, original condition.

• No exceptions will be made for items not meeting these requirements.

Non-Refundable Items

• Gas burners are non-returnable and non-refundable.
